Description
Additional Information

Brass tube, a type of non-ferrous metal tube, is a pressed and drawn seamless tube. Copper tubes are strong and corrosion-resistant, making them the first choice for modern contractors in the installation of water pipes, heating, and cooling pipelines in all residential commercial properties. Brass tubes are excellent water supply pipes.
Brass tubes are lightweight, have good thermal conductivity, and high strength at low temperatures. They are often used in the manufacture of heat exchange equipment (such as condensers, etc.). They are also used in oxygen-making equipment for assembling low-temperature pipelines. Small-diameter copper tubes are commonly used to transport pressurized liquids (such as lubrication systems, hydraulic systems, etc.) and as pressure-measuring tubes for instruments. Brass tubes possess the characteristics of strength and corrosion resistance.
They mainly offer the following advantages: Copper tubes are hard in texture, not easily corroded, and resistant to high temperatures and high pressure, making them suitable for use in various types of environments. In comparison, many other pipe materials have obvious disadvantages. For example, galvanized steel pipes, which were commonly used in residential buildings in the past, are highly prone to rust. After a short period of use, issues such as yellowing tap water and reduced water flow often occur. Some materials also rapidly lose strength at high temperatures, posing safety risks when used for hot water pipes. However, since copper has a melting point as high as 1083 degrees Celsius, the impact of hot water system temperatures on brass tubes is minimal. Common brass tubes include electrical brass tubes, refrigeration brass tubes, high-pressure resistant brass tubes, corrosion-resistant brass tubes, connection brass tubes, waterway brass tubes, electric heating brass tubes, and industrial brass tubes.
Copper tubes are often used as water pipes instead of steel pipes. They come in two types: hardened and tempered, and softened and tempered. Both types of tempered copper tubes are available in 20-foot straight lengths. Softened and tempered copper tubes are also available in coils of 30, 45, and 60 feet in length with a diameter of 1.25 inches. These tubes are commonly used to replace lead pipes for connecting main water pipes to buildings.
